Existing homes for sale were 20.2 percent more expensive in February than a year earlier. The price increase is somewhat smaller than a month earlier, when at 21.1 percent it recorded the largest price increase since the statistics began in 1995. This is according to research on the price development of existing privately owned homes in the Netherlands by CBS and the Land Registry.
