Methodology

• A Project Manager is assigned to each project from us. The Project Manager will be your point of contact for all your questions from then on.
• At the start of the assignment, the Project Manager will visit the house to go through all the work with you on the spot, any more or less work can also be discussed;
• Project Manager schedules the work and also discusses this with you;
• During the quotation conversation with you, an indication of time will be given, this is at all times an estimate and always without additional work. Your Project Manager can indicate approximately halfway through the work when final delivery will take place;
• After completion has taken place, there is a chance that completion items remain. These will be reviewed with you on the day of completion and a list will be drawn up with you. We try to get these items ready within 10 business days at all times (unless a product is not available beyond our control).

Third party products

• You are requested to take delivery of your products ordered elsewhere yourself;
• All products supplied by third parties must be checked by you for accuracy and damage. You will also be responsible for the care and responsibility of placing the products on the correct floor;
• If we need to bring your products in/up, we will charge for this and disclaim all forms of liability of your products;

• We also differ from most other contractors in the way we work. We try to take control of as much of the entire project as possible so that the client does not have to go to 3rd parties for things like permit applications.

  Ww e are thus more than just a contractor who, in addition to its primary services, supervises the construction work itself and the entire project.
• Also, the responsibility lies with the customer to dispose of third-party waste;

Guarantees

• All W & E installations 5 year leakage warranty;
• All bitumen roofing 10 year leakage warranty;
• Construction work 20 years warranty according to structural engineer’s calculation; (Note! Put cracks are not covered by warranty)
• All factory warranties of supplied are passed on to the customer one-to-one as well. (see product credits for this).

Down payments

Payments for orders over 10,000 Euro excl. btw;

• 10% Deposit
• 40% Start payment
• 40% Mid payment (halfway through the project)
• 10% Final payment

* Additional work will be billed on an interim basis

Payments for orders under 10,000 Euro excl. btw.

• 30% Down Payment
• 50% Start payment
• 20% Final payment

*More work will be billed on an interim basis

Completion

• For orders over 20,000 Euro excl. btw the property is completely cleaned by our cleaners and delivered ready to live in;
• For orders under 20,000 Euro excl. btw the property is delivered broom clean.

Other costs

• We do not include charges for parking in our quote. If applicable, it will be charged afterwards;
• We do not include costs for a separate portable toilet in our quote. If necessary, it will be charged afterwards;
• We do not include fees for permit(s) in our quote unless otherwise stated;
• Water and electricity are provided at no cost to us.
