What are your working hours
Our subject matter experts leave at 08.00 for their first project from our Amsterdam office on Zuidermolenweg. Depending on the assignment, the specialist leaves for his second assignment around noon. Arrival at your home depends on the distance from our office or the last project.
When does the command start
In advance, we always communicate the start date with a start week. In this daily changing organic industry, the start day is known shortly before the start week and we communicate it to you ASAP.
What is your process
Upon approval, we will assign a project manager from YSF Construction. The project manager is your contact throughout the project for all labor-related questions. He will schedule an appointment with you to visit your location for the local inventory. For product questions, please contact your own trusted housing consultant.
Do you also supply products
Through YSF Construction, we also supply the desired products. The biggest advantage here is that you can purchase and house everything from one party. That way you don't have to switch with different delivery parties. We order the products, store it for you, transport it to your home on schedule and provide aftercare for the products including warranties.

How is project communication going
During the project, communication is primarily with the Project Manager. He is your point of contact.
How will my property be delivered
For orders over 20,000 Euro excl. btw the property is completely cleaned by our cleaners and delivered ready to live in. For orders under 20,000 Euro excl. btw the property is delivered broom clean.
What language do our employees speak
At YSF Bouw we strive for clear communication. That is why there is always one Dutch-speaking employee assigned to your project, so you will always be helped in your own language.
What guarantees are offered
Factory warranties apply to all our products. For guarantees about our work, see our terms and conditions. Due to the high volume of requests, we will visit your home after agreeing and (purchase) payment of your quote. In consultation with you and the Project Manager and about 1 to a few weeks before the start of your project. Your offer is valid for 5 days after release and can be extended by mutual agreement. However, subject to the many price changes we currently face in the industry. Each quotation must be paid in advance with the appropriate percentage upon agreement (see general terms and conditions).
