The contractor at work
For many of us, it is still often unclear exactly how the construction process is set up when they hire a contractor. Hence, we are trying to remove some of that ambiguity. We would like to further explain below what steps the construction process generally possesses.

Introductory interview
After you come to the realization that you want to change something about your home or build a whole new home you come to us. This is followed by an introductory meeting in which you can make your wishes clear and get to know YSFbouw. In this conversation, we will think with you to achieve the desired result.

Agreement on quotation
After the introductory meeting, you will receive an offer from us in which all agreements reached during the introductory meeting are established. After both parties have agreed to this, it is time to get to work.

To measure is to know
Now it's time to get down to business. We will come by on the appointed date to measure everything and do some final checks to make sure we can go ahead with our plans. If this too is correct, we will send all measurements to our suppliers to obtain the supplies needed to begin the building process.

Building begins
Now that all the peripheral issues are taken care of, it's time for the real work, building your home. In doing so, we strive to have all construction work completed on time without sacrificing quality. When everything stands as it should we will only leave. We will not leave you to your fate but remain available for "Aftercare" should you encounter any problems.
